Have your say: PCC consultation on accessing West Mercia Police's 32 police stations

West Mercia Police operates 32 police stations across the region.

Although many people now choose to contact the police online or by phone, it’s recognised that in‑person visits remain important for some members of the public.

To make sure services meet your expectations, Police and Crime Commissioner John Campion, together with West Mercia Police, is asking for your views.

This short consultation—open until Friday 6 March—will help inform the PCC’s work to ensure public voices shape policing decisions and improve the experience of visiting a police station.

How to take part

The survey takes less than two minutes to complete and is being shared widely across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire, and Telford & Wrekin to gather as many views as possible.
